I contacted a couple of recommended plumbers to remove a 30yo cylinder before it died and to sort out the rats nest of piping associated with the old cylinder. After waiting weeks to hear back from the recommended plumbers, I contacted The Cylinder Guy and had a response with a couple of hours. Job included installation of new cylinder in a different location. Initial site visit, post contact initiation, was carried out promptly. Job carried out the following Monday. Electrician advised upper limit on timeframe post-completion for water to be heated, had hot water available within that.

Our 23 year old external gas cylinder sprang a leak Friday morning so the panic was on to get hot water back for the weekend, difficult to sort as I was at work. Replaced by old gas hot water with electric hot water heater. Provided quick through and accurate initial quotes on options and some good advice on which would work best. One short visit to check the installation site. Installation was then done quickly, on time and to quote. Tidy job. Easy to deal with and knowledgeable about hot water options.

The whole process was very efficient. i was on a brief visit from hospital when I noticed I had no hot water.
