The Smooth Mover guys were excellent. Arranging the shift with Jimmy was simple and cost effective. The team of 4 shifters worked extremely well together. A happy, coordinated group. Very polite and helpful. Arrived on time, finished in the timeframe expected. We had a large house lot to shift, including some awkward, heavy items to go up a narrow staircase. They did everything without a problem. Smoth Movers know their business. We will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The team at The Smooth Movers truely impressed us. We had to move in the worse weather possible - driving wind and rain all day. The guys showed up on time and worked hard and fast all day and had an amazing atitude despite the misrable weather. A very professional and hard-working outfit. The crew showed up on time ready to work, assessed the job and got stuck in. They checked in with us and re-assessed at times over the course of the day and adjusted based on how things were panning out. The team were polite, punctual, friendly, efficient and careful with our belongings. They were incredibly understanding of our unanticipated, awkward and stressful settlement hiccup! They stored our belongings and returned the next day, after hours to unload. The three lads who helped with my move were bloody fantastic - incredibly efficient and friendly. They were even thoughtful enough to ask about being quiet around our new born twins when unloading the furniture and helped take down and ressamble out bed. Going beyond excellence. Recently, we had the pleasure of using The Smooth Mover as our provider to transport content from Auckland to a rural property. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Unfortunately, once they delivered the load at the rural property, the truck got stuck. This was not a challenge to the team. You can use this team with complete confidence. They are awesome. We had a very tricky move from Auckland to Great Barrier. Nothing was too much trouble. Problems got solved. And every person was fantastic to deal with. At a hugely stressful time these guys are a great stress reducer.

A great team of men did the shift for us and as their name suggests everything went smoothly. We could not have asked for an easier move. We recently moved house and engaged the smooth mover following a couple of recommendations. We were so pleased we did. Unforeseen circumstances meant that settlement did not occur on the day due to a buyer error, and we were left with no option but to stay in our old house over the weekend.
