Great communication prior and post job . Very efficient service.
Arrived on time to clean chimney - was here less than 10 minutes in total, and just put rod up and down chimney in about 2 minutes - no ash fell - chimney was clean. Charged for cleaning chimney and company refused to provide discount - insisted putting rod up the clean chimney means chimney was cleaned. Owner called and was very rude.

Used these guys for years. Good communication, they don't pester you but just send a reminder every year. Ciaran arrived exactly when they said he would. Very friendly and helpful, told me how to get a couple of new parts for my fire. Quick and very clean job.

The job was done well, with good communication from the company when Ciaran was delayed by weather conditions. He was informative about a couple of issues with our fire box and flue that will need attention in future. Quick, efficient and friendly. (Note: there is no Chimney Sweep category on No Cowboys, so we found this company independently)

Ciaran was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the process with patience and expertise. He worked quickly, efficiently. I found Ciaran when looking for a chimney sweep on No Cowboys and chose him because of the service offered and the great ratings. I had been disappointed by the chimney sweep recommended by the previous owner of the house as they could not give a definite time of arrival and were quite rude in their communications. Ciaran, assisted by Kim, were the complete opposite. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Arrived on time, explained the issue with our chimney, organised the scaffolding

Ciaran is not only quick, efficient, on time and totally knows what he is doing, he is just an out and out a pleasure to see once a year. Always a big smile, and tells an entertaining yarn while he works. Kim is brilliant and juggling the schedules, and also very friendly. Been having Kim and Ciaran look after our chimney for years and woudn't dream of trying anyone else
