This is the second time we have ordered blinds through Blinds Online. Both times the service and communication has been great. The quality of the blinds is great. Unfortunately two of the blinds in our recent order were damaged on arrival. Both were replaced with no issues (apart from us having to dispose of the damaged blinds). I would definitely use Blinds Online again

Great service. The blind fit perfectly; was easy to install - even for me, and I'm 75, and it looks great and is doing exactly what it was supposed to do to filter the harsh afternoon sun in our lounge. Colour is as we expected. Thank you very much for the great service and product.

Great service, quick response, no hassle install and fitment, products are very high quality, and are less than a 1/3 of the price of your typical NZ based firm!
I wanted more sun blinds for my lounge and asked Ryan for a quote. This arrived the next day and I was pleased to see how reasonably priced they were. This was after sorting through the endless options that were available. Even then it was difficult to choose colours online, so I asked if samples could be sent to me and these arrived quickly too. Top quality venetian blinds and service. One blind had a bent tilt adjuster and Blinds Online did not hesitate in sending a complete replacement blind. They definitely are customer focused.
