We have a really fragile septic system with difficult access and Drain Ninjas handled it wonderfully. Not only was their service attentive, they were so reasonable on price - about 30 percent cheaper than Hydrovac. Highly recommend.

Drain Ninjas did an excellent job with a drainage problem on my property a while back. I was impressed with the team's communication on and off site. The team completed the job taking great care to ensure everything was properly connected and that the site looked tidy I highly recommend this business.
Overall excellent experience! Liesl was perfect in communication, from enquiry to appointment. She was helpful in answering my queries, promptly sent technician on-site and swiftly managed quotes/payment. The technicians were amazing!! From inspection to completion of the job, they were professional, helpful in explaining me the situation, on-time and completed the work to 100% satisfaction. They even advised me how I should take care of the soak holes in the future.
We dropped into Drain Ninjas end of the day. Troy was ready to leave but he dropped everything to listen to our drainage problem. He came out the next day to survey the problem and explained what he intended to do to solve the problem. He gave us an estimation of cost and explained what he would do to remedy the problem.
