Very satisfied with the services rendered by Paul. Unlike other plumbers we contacted, Paul actually made a trip out to inspect our old hot water cylinder before recommending the appropriate next steps, putting us at ease. I want to express my utmost satisfaction with Paul's exceptional service. Throughout our communication prior to the water tank installation, he consistently demonstrated transparency and clarity. With great professionalism and efficiency, Paul successfully installed the water tank. I wholeheartedly recommend his services without any hesitation.
Paul has done a good job of replacing our old hot water cylinder last week. From the initial conversation to choosing the right solution Paul has demonstrated good communication skills. He helped us to analyse the pros and cons of different solutions. He is very efficient, polite and delivered good result. We felt that he is a very experienced plumber. Our job went just as planned and worked well. He even saved some space in the cupboard. We are very grateful for what he did for us.

Paul responded quickly to my query and was very confident and informative about how he'd tackle the job (switching my low pressure tank to a mains pressure). He was able to do the job earlier than he'd initially anticipated which was terrific as it meant I got to have proper hot showers sooner! Everything was done to code and he tidied up after himself.
