Wow so impressed with this crowd. Gayle was so polite and helpful and immediately booked in job and Fin the Plumber arrived promptly. He diagnosed plumbing issue within 2 minutes of arrival and set about quickly remedying it. Talk about a A1 plumber. Truthfully the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Will definitely be using this team again. Highly recommend.
I have had 2 separate issues this month with plumbing! I had 2 separate plumbers attend for each. Both exceptional, communicative, practical and personable. I will not use anyone else now and Gale is AWESOME organising client needs. Thanks team!

Prompt response to initial call. Sound advice provided by Jason to resolve our issue with an In-wall toilet cistern. Very professional and competent work by Mark to install new toilet.
Jason quickly worked out a solution to our drainage problem to avoid future flooding of the garage. His team worked very hard over three days installing the new drainage system l. Everything was done well and left neat and tidy. We are hugely grateful to Sumich Plumbing and Drainage.
Excellent communication, prompt service. needed a washing machine installed in small cupboard laundry. done around preschoolers on site. Gail did Excellent job of communicating the process and following up with the bill. Everything went smoothly. plumber was attentive and careful around the children, keeping them safe, shutting gates etc.

However, I must confess that this time around Gale Morris's coordination along with the brilliance of the tradesman on this occasion simply blew me away. I rang Sumich Plumbing at 4:50pm on a Thursday and Sumich Plumbing were there at 9am on Friday- the next day! It was a major leak but Sumich Plumbing made sure we had the water reconnected for the weekend. The communication throughout the process was excellent.
