Matthew responded super fast to my query outside hours and gave me advice that it actually sounded like my issue was with the gas company (he was totally right). At the same time he offered to come out if that was what we needed (which we didn’t in the end but I appreciated the offer) . I was extremely grateful for his advice and willingness to help.
