Andrew was extremely helpful from initial contact right through to the end of the job. When I initially texted explaining I needed a toilet replaced, we were able to have a phone call discussion and clarify details. He then suggested that I send photographs to him of what was currently there so let me know what replacement was needed. This meant that so I could - using his expertise - get the required items before he even showed up (saving everyone time and money). On the day itself he was

Andrew did an excellent job of fixing our shower valve, he is very considerate to come over to do the urgent fix with his busy schedule when he heard we cannot use water at that time. We are very grateful.

Had one of those annoying dribbling toilet cisterns. Andrew came recommended so rang him yesterday, got him in the middle of a job. When he called me back he said he had a cancellation so could come over now, which he did. Andrew was efficient and professional - he did several jobs replacing taps/washers, mixers and improving the water pressure. I was impressed with him finding the best solution to each issue with the cheapest solution for me. He even kindly helped out the neighbour who had a minor plumbing issue without charging her for it. Highly recommend Andrew for any plumbing work - he knows his stuff and provides excellent customer service.
