On a day when no-one else was able or willing to attend due to the weather bomb Auckland was experiencing, the Mr Walker team went above and beyond to fix our power problem. Matt was polite and kept me informed of the situation and the repair as I wasn't able to be on-site myself. Great service!

Absolutely brilliant service, amazingly reasonable cost as it was after hours and we were left in a terrible position by another electrician who we waited a week for with no running water to the house who then said they couldn’t help and recommended I find another electrician!! These guys are absolutely amazing value, Tali showed up when they said he would and fixed the problem with ease! The stove had a blown simmerstat on front right element. This sparky couldn't locate it and spent 10 minutes turning on and off oven elements, then tried to invoice me his time. I went out the following day and identified it again in front of tenant who confirmed the element only went on hot.

Matti came around to my place he was very efficient and nice really helpful he changed the light fitting in my kitchen and was here about 3/4 of an hour. I would highly recommend this company great stress free job.

Dave arrived on time he introduced himself and then we went over what was going to be done. He went away to get the items that needed to do the job came back 20mins later - All the time he was onsite here he was wearing his mask which I felt made us feel safe, as he would be dealing with so many people and wearing the mask would be keeping himself safe as well as his work colleagues & family & clients - he was very pleasant friendly & helpful - finished installing the outside

I don't get to spend much time in my own home of late- its been rented & when the window of opportunity arises to get Plumbing & Electrical work done .That window is small. One company rose to this occasion, both Mr Walkers Plumbing & Electrical tradies interrupted their schedules to get my work done . I'v never experienced that level of service in Auckland & it was a great & reassuring experience . So my summing up of Mr Walker is simple - I'll be back.

I had to call out Mr Walker electrical as I had an electrical issue caused by the cyclone and the very high winds. Dave who came out was on time, efficient, the job was completed and my mind was put at rest because I had to make the call out around 11pm at night. Would highly recommend the company for it’s service.

Tali w, as covid-19 away and respectful of my family's safety; he knew what he was doing, explained in easy-to-understand language what was needed - and just got it done very efficiently. The bill was very reasonable - over holiday time too. Very happy as the issue was entirely my fault - yet he was considerate of my bashfuness.
