James was so good at this! He is professional and patient. Dealing with plumbing issues can be so stressful, but he really made it a lot easier for me. It was a difficult job in my case, yet he did an amazing job even though it was late.

Blair took camera footage of my sewer blockage, and cleared it to his best ability, but, more importantly, identified where a major compacted tree root was situated in the Mains Sewer, which was the actual source of the problem. He also facilitated that Mains Sewer problem being identified by Wellington Water, so it could be remedied. I found Blair easy to deal with, a clear communicator, and got on to the problem quickly, to ensure it caused the least inconvenience. I would highly recommend

Ben did not definitively identify the source of the shower leak despite being paid to do exactly that. In fact in his email to me he never even mentioned that he had been called out to inspect and advise on the leak. He essentially charged me to for a quote that emailed me to replace the shower. The quote was basically to replace the shower with another brand and he wouldn't explain the breakdown of shower cost and labour or even what part number the shower was.
