Phil and Dean who I dealt with , were friendly and professional. They gave me good advice about what size and type of hot water cylinder I would need for my tiny home . They gave me quotes and details of exactly what cylinder I would have installed. They did the job quickly and to a good standard .
The job was completed in a timely and professional manner. Did a very tidy job. Cleaned up leaving no mess. Would recommend anytime.
Replaced by old gas hot water with electric hot water heater. Provided quick through and accurate initial quotes on options and some good advice on which would work best. One short visit to check the installation site. Installation was then done quickly, on time and to quote. Tidy job. Easy to deal with and knowledgeable about hot water options.

The whole process was very efficient. i was on a brief visit from hospital when I noticed I had no hot water. I emailed The Cylinder Guy with some photos of my place and arranged access and the next day when I was back in hospital Dan contacted me and got back to me to say I needed a replacement. This was all done 3 days later when I was back home. Top service.

Nathan installed my new Rinnai Infinity Gas, outside hot water system, on behalf of The Cylinder Guy, Auckland. He also organised the Electrician and they both did a great job of it. It was a wet, muddy, horrible day, and he just got on with the job. He communicated very well, informed me about what he would be doing and did it well, obviously taking pride in his workmanship. After our old cylinder failed, we contacted Phil who organised an inspection and quote for a Rheem Heat Pump Water Heater. The installation went reasonably well although it turned out to be a bigger job than what was estimated. Very happy with the result and now have really good water pressure.
