Love these guys. It started with a quote for my kitchen renovation (which hasn't started) and happy with the quoted price also. To them coming around to fix my leaky toilet. I emailed on Sunday afternoon and recieved a phone call from Stephanie on Monday morning to schedule a fix on Tuesday which I was stoked with, it only got better with Stephanie managing to fit me in that Monday afternoon. The plumbers were awesome very polite and got stuck into it and had the problem fixed, they even took
Thermocouple failed on our 23 year old Vulcan gas hot water cylinder. No hot water. Rang Blueline at 6:45pm Sunday evening, system was fixed and working again by 9:20am Monday morning. Brilliant service!
We recently had our old 130sqm villa re-piled, as part of that the contractors needed to remove the existing stormwater pipes that ran under the full length of the house. At the end of the job we needed these to be replaced and all the down pipes and other wastewater that fed into this this network. Ben visited site and measured up and provided a competitive quote, his plumber arrived on the day ben advised, was polite and got on with the job. Quality of the work was excellent and he worked in

I have worked alongside Ben and his team on multiple jobs over the last 2 years, They are very professional with excellent knowledge of the Industry, I can 100% recommend Blueline to anyone who needs plumbing or gas work done.
Ben is great to deal with! He is decent, efficient and with extremely high expertise! Today,my home toilet suddenly leaked. I calleh him, he tried to fit my work on his way back home. He arrived at his estimated time, he checked and found out actually it is due to a part that was loose and came off. He showed us how to put the loose part back and then the leaking stopped. He then tested flush and checked it many times. It was all good finally. . He said if it played up again, just call him
Ben was called out after hours to fix a leak (new PRV required). Ben arrived very quickly and isolated the leak. He returned the next morning with the new part and promptly replaced it, causing minimum inconvenience to the tenants. He was thoroughly understanding, pleasant and reasonable throughout. He remains our 'go-to' plumber. You could not ask for better service.
Ben's work ethic is some of the best I have ever seen and he has the skills and expertise to back it up. Fast reliable plumber that I will definitely use again.
Ben was excellent to deal with, friendly, polite and professional, from the first phone call thru to fixing my leak. I was so impressed after my first call with him that I was willing to wait a couple of days until he was available to fit my job in and so glad I did. Would definitely use him again.
Ben is a great young plumber who repaired a leak in the roof, but did not try to take shortcuts. He also gave my escea Gas fireplace, a full service and whilst quite a dirty job he left my home spotless. Definitely highly recommend him.
