We've had trouble getting water to the bathroom and washing area, but Ben's prompt response to our morning call was a huge help. He sent someone from his team, and they were very helpful, professional, and skilled. We definitely recommend Ben and his team.

Ben is a honest hard working plumber. We recently had a burst pipe during the weekend. Ben was able to talk me through how to turn off the water and gave us clear costs and helped us to save money by waiting to get this problem fixed during the week. We had Ben come to give us a quote for removing our gas fire and patching the roof, and changing our water heating to an electric heat pump water heater. Ben and his team did an awesome job, prompt, polite and very tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben. Organised the electrician for us. Everything went smoothly and was completed in a day. Replaced a hot water cylinder for us. Ben recommended a new cylinder and a new site, really listening to what we needed and providing advice on choices available and cost vs benefits to allow us to choose. <br />They did an excellent job, high quality work and now we have hotel pressure shower experience! Love these guys. It started with a quote for my kitchen renovation (which hasn't started) and happy with the quoted price also. To them coming around to fix my leaky toilet. Thermocouple failed on our 23 year old Vulcan gas hot water cylinder. No hot water. Rang Blueline at 6:45pm Sunday evening, system was fixed and working again by 9:20am Monday morning. Brilliant service!
