Detailed reviews

Georgina

Poor communication. Four months after deposit and kitchen is still not complete. Poor workmanship. Very disappointing. Won't correct their mistakes from inaccurate measuring.

Luke

Very unhappy with the whole experiance. We were with out a kitchen for six months. The job was not completed to a reasonable standard till we contacted the Kitchen Assoiation and we had contacted fair go! Once they had our depostie it all went bad.

Restricted building work in New Zealand must be carried out or supervised by a Licensed Building Practitioner. Confirm they hold a current LBP licence - and check their licence class and any disciplinary history - on the LBP public register before you hire.

Check the LBP register
Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
Be wary of a cash-only price or pressure to start tomorrow — both are red flags for an unaccountable job.
