Adam is a drainage superstar! Calling beforehand to make sure I was in (2 site visits were needed). He did a fabulous job! He communicated perfectly throughout the job letting me know what was needing to be done. I would totally recommend them for all your drainage needs!

Appalling service and follow up. I have had quotes and promises but they have consistently ignored us.

Do not trust these people. My water cylinder needed a new caleffi 20mm temp valve. These people charged $345 (including GST). When I checked elsewhere, this part sold and delivered for $215.80 (including GST). That's a 38% mark up on the cost of part!! When questioned they refused to compensate me. On top of that they sent to 2 plumbers to do the job. One stayed at the property while the other when to get the part. I had to pay them both their hourly rate - not fair!! Complete rip off.

I use Galbraiths both for home, and also a small property portfolio I administer for family, and have done so for about 6 years. There are no excuses for shoddy workmanship, but thus far, I haven't experienced any. I also know the hours they are keeping, and the pressure they are under. I expect that something will have to give from time to time, but I am sure a free and frank discussion with the guys will have it resolved. Have yet to meet any plumber, anywhere, not under intense deadline

I have been using Galbraith Plumbing for the past 6 months, for any plumbing and drainage issues for our portfolio of 300 properties. I can easily say they are the best plumbers on the shore (from what I have seen.)<br />Very cost effective, reliable, prompt and invoice quickly. Any issues that we may have (very rare) are dealt with quickly and diligently.<br />Would highly recommend for any investment or family home.<br />

Great service, asked to have a job quoted and the quote arrived the next day with a estimated date of when the job could be done. I liked the quote, booked the job, they arrived as scheduled and completed early. Highly recommend!<br />

They refused to take my phone calls asking them to remedy the problem (of the Infinity they hadn't fully connected) but seemed happy to bank the cheque. I had to get another plumber in to fix it - a lucky find as I will never use Galbraiths again.
