They basically left 30% of items at shipping dock and only after numerous emails, they found the boxes and came and threw them at our face after 3 months. literally their staff was throwing boxes down. We used Crown to move from London to Atlanta. We chose them despite being one of the more expensive quotes as they promised they could have the move complete in 2-4 weeks on an expedited service.
