While his firm is called Peter Rabb Builders his name is Peter Ireland. Do not use this guy. He is the most unskilled, unreliable builder we have ever had the misfortune to work with. He is probably only capable of putting gib up but even then it is like watching paint dry in terms of his work speed. he has no craftsmanship.
