We recently had a gas leak and contacted Jason for help. We truly appreciated that he was able to find a gap between his other jobs to respond to our urgent situation so quickly. He arrived promptly, handled the repair professionally, and took the time to explain the extent of the leak and its likely cause in a clear and reassuring manner. Excellent service from start to finish. 5 stars, we’ll definitely be using his services again!
Jason and the team were amazing to deal with!!! We discovered that our old gas hot water cylinder had burst and Jason and the team had the old cylinder completely disconnected and a new infinity hot water system installed to have us back up and going by the end of the same day!!! Can't recommend these guys enough, they even discovered a corroded gas pipe that was leaking gas under the house and fixed it easy as easy!!! I recently had my ensuite and main bathroom renovated. Jason coordinated everything and made the process incredibly easy. He always kept me up to date and provided helpful advise. BJ did the installation and was very quick and efficient. I highly recommend these guys for the quality of their work and how easy they made everything.

Jason is brilliant. He and his team changed our water heating from gas to electricity. Jason communicated superbly throughout the process and did exactly what he said he would do every step of the way. He also provided additional guidance on some related matters, which he didn't need to do. The work he and BJ did was excellent and they kept our place tidy while they were working. I highly recommend Jason and we will absolutely, positively use him again for our plumbing needs.

Very prompted communication and efficiency. Send the request in their website around 8:00 am to explain the urgency and got a call back at 8:30 am immediately from Jason. Take a whole working day to replace the hot water system and all done in dusted. Highly recommended.

He even took care of lining-up an electrician for our hot water cylinder install's wiring. The job itself went very well and Jason's team were respectful of the property and very friendly.
