A person swiped the back of my car in a car park - I was 32 weeks pregnant with twins so needed a quick turnaround. Troy was amazing and made the process so easy. I had my car fixed within a day and a half and it looks brand new. And was cleaned on the inside upon collection too. VERY happy!

Worst service ever and worst place to get your car fixed. My car has been with West Lynn Panel-Beaters and i got my car back after 5 weeks. Every week they only say that your car will be ready next week. They make you feel like that they are doing a favour on you by fixing your car. Well, Finally after 5 weeks i got my car back and all the parts were which they put on were wrong. Wrong rear bumper and wrong rear light. Both of the rear lights are different on my car now. Best service ever, very helpful and cheerful people. Clean workshop and service was faultless. Only had a bumper to fix but the car looked brand new when I picked it up. Nice touch with valeting the car too, would definitely return.

Had a little accident resulted in good amount of damage to the left side of my Mazda 3. As it was insurance covered job I sent my vehicle in to West Lynn. I was given clear instruction in the most efficient manner: photos taken and courtesy car arranged. Very pleased with the quality and extra items included in the work. However my disappointment was the lack of communication with me in terms of how long they would have my car. I was told 4 days to repair the dents. It took 9 days. In which time I was told 4 times it would be ready the next day and wasn't. No one rang me at all to inform me of progress on the car. I had to phone them.

This is about my fourth repair with West Lynn Panel Beaters. They are really great and so helpful. I did this ding the week before Christmas and they had me on the road in time for the holidays. If I wasn't so gutted about crashing my car it would be an absolute pleasure to deal with them.
