Everyone at TreeKing is amazing! I enquired about having some trees and stumps removed and someone came almost immediately to have a look and give us a quote. This was a fairly big job to remove three large macrocarpas from a difficult to access location and the team from Tree King did an amazing job. The level of skill from Evander & Ryan meant everything went really smoothly, especially the crane work involved. Totally recommend Tree King for any job requiring truly professional arborists.

A great professional job. From first point of contact, the quoting process, completion of the job and followup. They arrrived on time, were extremely polite and helpful. After cutting down the trees required, they cleaned up, as if no-one had been there. I will definitely use Tree King again, and would rate them 100%.

Removed a large tree from an awkward location with difficult access. They were prompt, efficient, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards, all at a very reasonable price. I can’t think of a single thing they could have improved on, highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a tall palm starting to lean, potentially blocking access to four homes, just prior to a long weekend of forecast high winds. Andrew did a site visit in the morning and had a team of 3 plus required equipment, dealing with the problem early that same afternoon. While I thought the location would be challenging, all involved gave off a ‘We’ve got this, don’t worry’ attitude. I had used Tree King on two previous occasions to trim a large hedge and other trees and found their work excellent. Once again they did every thing in a professional and timely way, checking to make sure I was happy with the job and cleaning up at the end. I will definitely look to using them again.

The job involved felling a dozen or so 20-25 metre acacia/wattles inside a woodlot while minimising damage to nearby trees. Good people to deal with. The onsite crew were professional, friendly, worked hard, were visibly safety-conscious and did the job as asked for. No bad language or dodgy behaviour :-) Would definitely use Tree King again.

Very efficient quoting process. Bit of a delay between accepting the quote and getting the job done. Turned up on time and were very thoughtful and careful with the pruning. Mulched up everything including some green waste already on the ground. Need to be very specific about what you want done.

I found the person in charge on site unapproachable and somewhat intimidating. My thoughts and requirements were not accepted readily but challenged. I did not feel free to input into the job taking place. Consequently this is not a company I would personally choose again. A reasonable job was done.

I can honestly say Tree Kings service from the outset was excellent. Assessing our site, talking about the work required and receiving the quote was all done within a week from our first contact. We were told when the initial assessment was done there would be a delay in the commencement due to work load and the winter weather. Very happy with the standard of TreeKing’s work. Luke easy and pleasant to del with and discusses and quotes prior to start. Helped me out with earlier date as I was going away. Met Yeshi, Don and Laura on site all were pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about the trees. They followed my requests and the trees and shrubberies looked great once completed especially after not being attended to for 15 Months. Would definitely recommend.
