I dealt with this company on some occasions and discovered that, since there has been a change in management, there is a total lack of integrity and a total lack of communication. This is mainly caused by having limited or no systems, senior management is seriously lacking any construction experience and have caused grief continuously. It is unfortunate that even long-term experienced staff have left and are leaving the company. I introduced a third party to Southtrade so that we could work
