The service and responses from this company are terrible. We visited the Silverdale office and had a good first response from Toni who was very polite and helpful. From there on in, it seemed all we were was a nuisance to their business. After numerous e-mails trying to get a quote and finalised design, we gave up. A real classic example of a company been too busy with big orders and forgetting about the small customers. Hopefully they will always be busy, as they have lost this customer and
