I got charged for multiple vists to the plumbing supply store. They should have got what was required the first time and not charge me for their lack of planning. No problem with the work done however.
The plumber is very reliable and he gave very good advice as well.
The tradesman attended to a number of tasks over several visits (disconnections, install new HWC, replumbing kitchen waste pipes, reconnecting water in kitchen, and repairs to WC sewer pipe). Excellent quality of work thoughout, high work rate, and helpful manner. Office easy to deal with, and company owner responded very quickly when first asked to quote. Hourly rate seems a little high, but quality and productivity easily offset that slight negative. No hesitation to use again, and happy

They were great, my hotwater cylinder broke and I found them through this website, left an e-mail on their site they contacted me after couple of hours and arrived at my place an hour or two after. Mind you, I did say this wasn't an urgent job, so the response is great! They explained to me what was wrong with it, and fixed it within an hour. My 30yrs old hotwater cylinder's humming along happily now :) Thanks!
A pleasure to deal with
They were a few hours late which was a little disappointing. Mike finished a good quality job in less time than they quoted. I was invoiced for the full amount of the quote, an hour more than what it took to complete the install of my new toilet. In my opinion a little unprofessional for an otherwise good job.
I had a leaking toilet. Whilst only a small job Neuservice agreed to attend to it at 7.00a.m. (to fit in with my work commitments) two days hence. They arrived at the agreed time, completed the job with professionalism and from my perspective it was quick and functional. I am in business and am taking the time to register this feedback because I found Neuservice to be genuinely customer focussed and great to deal with.
Absolutely professional and willing to take the time to explain things easy. They arrived twenty minutes after I frirst called and my overflow pipe issue was fixed fast and at a reasonable price. Dave also took the time to explain and drew diagrams to help me comprehend what the problem was and gave me a variety of choices. After dealing with other firms I will always use Neuservice from now on for all plumbing needs. Thanks again for the wonderful job and for restoring my faith in plumbers!!!
