they did the plumbing for the reno of our place and in less than 5 months a pressure valve they installed broke. they wouldn’t fix it and refuse to honour the warranty. gave us the runaround and nearly a year on we are still waiting.
The job was done to satisfaction. However the only development needed is time management. If plumber is running late for some hours, its also good to advice the client, so they don't need to chase around.
Chase, the plumber, was great - polite, did a good job, tidied up afterwards, offered useful advice. He also kept me posted re progress/timing, during the job. My initial phone call was not returned, so they would have lost the business if I hadn't prepaid for two hours on a GrabOne deal, because I wouldn't have called again. However, Chase made up for the initial not-so-great impression.
When they finally arrived 1.5 hours late - the guy was polite and worked quickly - did a great job installing a new supertub for us. Their customer service is shocking - the lady on the phone who books the jobs was rude and when I enquired as to what time they would get there got simply palmed off with "that's tradepeople for you" and didnt give me any indication on whether it was definitely going to be done that day.
Prompt service to come in and look at the problem. However, the service after that was average. Insisted on supplying own cistern if they are going to install it but had to wait like 3 weeks for a cistern when a local company had a replacement cistern in-stock and worked fine as well. Furthermore, the invoice was sent to my email the day before it was due when it was issued 6 days prior. Not sure what happened there.

Best plumbers I've dealt with in I don't know how long! Arrived on time, did it all quicker than expected, tided up, and gave an excellent description of what had caused the problem, what they had done to fix, and what I could do to ensure this doesn't happen again. Will be using this guys all the time and referring to family and friends from now on!!
Clean, tidy job by a polite tradesman. We are very pleased.
