James undertook some work at our place in Omaha. This involved a number of different components - all of these were well separated out in the quote so we felt very sure of what sort of costs we might be facing. James was excellent at trying to fit everything into our budget - difficult given we wanted so much done! He continually had new ways of shaving $ off the cost, which we really appreciated.
