Seems we got ripped off by a serial fraud artist. came to us as Justin, and company named Premier Paving (not to me confused with the actual company called Premier Paving from Papakura run by a bloke called Rodney and seems a good sort). Ended up with the police here tonight after kicking him to touch and he wanted his tools back. Police explained he was actually someone else which has led to some startling results. He has been on Fair Go twice, heaps of other victims and from my
Guy Sil**** took a number of deposits off us for work. He then made continuous excuses as to why he couldn't do the work - car broke down, subcontractor sick, skip man let him down etc. I went to the Police who told me Guy Sil**** is a convicted fraudster. As at December 2012 he had 4 convictions for fraud with further charges pending. I didn't check the internet before giving him the money - is there any way we can get better publicity so more people don't fall victim to his criminal

Do Not Use Took a deposit upfront Repeatedly failed to turn up Would not answer my calls, and even hung up on me. I did eventually get to talk to him after threatening to pursue this with the police and ringing one of the referees he used. He then "promised" to call me back with details of what he was going to do regarding returning my deposit. But as I expected he has not.

Absolutely do not trust this man!!!!!! he is a con artist, a fraud and certainly not a landscaper!!!!! he is ripping people off all over town.
Like other reviewers I received a quote from Guy, paid a deposit upfront and he kept making excuses as to why he couldn't start the job. He would not give any references or sub-contractor contacts. He has not paid back our money but is very fond of sending threatening texts about retaliation for any action I try to take against him. He advertises all over the city so watch out for GUY'S LANDSCAPING.
Guy Sil**** gave a grossly inflated quote for the job. We paid him a substantial deposit upfront. He has not done the work. There are warnings on the Fair Go messageboard dated 2010-11-29 and 2010-08-03. Andrea and Shailendra can you contact me rich001@hotmail.co.nz
Paid a deposit to Guy who failed to show up to 3 separate start dates, after he agreed to return my deposit he also failed to do that. He uses a number of different excuses and initially appears professional. I have even tried to use a debt collector to get my money back but he has failed. He used my deposit like a personal loan. Stay away from this man!
This contrator operates under various names eg Guy Sil****s Landscaping.Took Deposit for the job and never turned up for the job or returned my deposit.Made promises to pay the deposit to police but has not paid.Refer to other websites for his negative feedbacks from customers he ripped off.
