The team at Polglase Construction took on complete new fit out for our new retail showroom - taking the carcass of a building and completely remodelling it into the warm inviting space that it now is. The building owner was so impressed that they are now in discussions with Malcolm to build their new home
Exceeded our expectations on from planning to finish of the build.
Mal Polglase Construction built a house for us in Ashhurst, Manawatu. Job was completed to our complete satisfaction well inside promised completion date. Local sub contractors commented that it was the tidiest site they had ever worked on. Building inspectors also commented to us on cleanliness of site and quality of workmanship. By contrast, a neighboring house started weeks before ours and finished several weeks after. They then continued to have ongoing quality problems. In our opinion
I have a beautiful well designed (dream) house that met all my realistic wants and needs. This is my third year in the house and all is well. I can truely recommend Mal as a quality builder.
