Thanks to Regan, Jethro and the team who have recently completed a 3rd bathroom for my house. It was a complete new build that required to be dug out under the house. Regan & Jethro managed all the various contractors (Concrete layers, Brick layers, plumbers, electrician, vinyl floor layer, painter and joiner. This all done despite Covid, material and labour shortages. Excellent job. I Will be using Regan and the team for my next project.
Regan and his team from Building detail did a fantastic job renovating our old house, helping us navigate a number of headaches like COVID and gib shortage and getting us through. particular shout iut to Mitch, a great builder with a top attitude, nothing was too much trouble.
Extremely happy with the job Regan and his team at Building Detail did for us. Regan made things so easy with our Kitchen renovation, not just with the building work they completed but also with coordinating the plumber, electrician and tiler. Very reliable and pleasant to work with.
Great Builder - Highly recommend
The job was a reclad of a rusty ideal tin shed ( art studio) 3x4 metres . This job was not straight forward because of the access. Regan and his team were professional in and helpful giving me workable options when they viewed the job in order to prepare a quote. They kept me informed about progress of the job and promptly answered communications . They have transformed a rusty eyesore into a pleasant place to work
Regan is a skilled and professional builder, he is serious about the quality of his work and this shows through the effort he puts in. He is concerned about our extra wishes and how we would like things done. I would happily recommend Regan to anybody and hope that he's not too busy in the future so that he still has time for us :)
Regan replaced the veranda on our old villa, sourced & replaced skirting and weather boards. We appreciated Regan fitting us in as we decided to sell our home. Regan's work was of a high standard and we felt the pricing was very fair. We will use him again and highly recommend him.

Regan and Brian were fantastic. They went above and beyond what was expected while re pitching our roof and re cladding. They were kind, considerate, kept me in the loop all the time.
