We had an absolutely awful experience with B&amp;B Plumbing. <br />We asked them to fix an error with our Heat Pump Hot Water Cylinder that they said was a common issue and that they were experienced with resolving. They replaced some electrical components but the error popped up again the same day. Good office staff on the phone. Plumber arrived in East Tamaki on time for a leaking pipe (surface mounted in basement). Needed fairly standard items to repair (pipe, elbow etc) and called another plumber from company to go to Penrose to get them. Stated that the hour it took would not be charged. Replaced short length of leaking pipe and elbow fitting. Apparently needed two plumbers as the pipe was 2.4 mtrs above floor. Fixed it in approx 30 minutes and no more leaks which is very good. We were having problems getting a plumber to install 2 toilets and a new cabinet in our house. We then contacted B&amp;B and they called the next day to assess what was required and 2 days later Christoff came and installed the units perfectly with no fuss and cleaned up everything afterwards. We would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

B &amp; B Plumbing told us the job would cost &quot;around $200 &quot; when they arrived on site, and then charged us $339. This was because they &quot;forgot to include the gas certificate&quot;. Whan we asked for a compromise at around $225, they threatened debt collection. After we paid them $250, they sent us a further invoice for the balance, and stopped answering our e-mails. They have also refused to supply a gas certificate, which is a legal requirement.

Scott went above and beyond when it came to replacing our tired old polycarbonate roof with a new zincalume one. Well definitely use again.

Plumber did not use his head and think about what he was doing... caused me additional electrical and plumbing costs because of lack of thought. Nice guy though.
