“I contacted Keagan to replace a rotten weatherboard on my house after he did a great job in another area 18 months ago. Once again the job was quickly quoted and he came within the week and completed the job entirely to my satisfaction. It wasn't an easy job having to work to get the replacement board in place but Keagan managed it perfectly.”

Keagan did some repairs on my house and did a good job. His communication was good and he was nice to deal with.
Keagan renovated 2 Bathrooms for us in March/April of 2025. His work was to a very high standard and we are very happy with the results. The detailed quote was accurate and work was completed as discussed. He worked well with his subcontractors, with no hold-ups. Scope of work included replacement of gib, replacement of chip board floors with marine ply, Replacement of 2 toilets, 2 showers, 2 sinks and cabinets, 2 mirror cabinets. We initially asked Keagan to take a look at three different projects. He spent some time researching and came up with some really great solutions to some tricky problems. In particular, Keagan was able to come up with a fantastic solution that really improved an area that was always a bit of a eyesore. We had good communication throughout the process with regular updates on progress. Overall we’re happy with the work done and would definitely call on Keagan for similar projects.
Peters Precision Builders did some repair work in my bathroom in December- 2024, and installed a new vanity unit. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. I would recommend Peters Precision Builders for this type of work.
We needed a couple of outside wooden hand rails. Keagan was quick to respond and submit a quote. He installed both hand rails at a time that suited us and was quick and efficient. We are very pleased with the result and will call on him again, when needed.
Horrendous experience! I am left with one deck that wobbles when you walk across it, and another deck that has H3 joists sitting in an inch of water even though it hasn't rained for 4 days and puddles behind it because there is no longer anywhere for water from the paved area to go. This is because he has placed H3 joists directly on polythene on the flat ground without any support piles, so there is nowhere for the water to drain. I'm shocked that a licensed building practitioner did not
We engaged Keagan to replace rotten weatherboards on our house. He promptly came to assess the job and quickly came back with a solution and quote which we accepted.
