Ryan was fantastic. Turned up early most days, worked through the rain or sun. Great work ethic. Completed the job much faster than anticipated and had solutions for any problems that arose. Highly recommend Ryan.
We would highly recommend Ryan. He replaced our two decks, including seating and new balustrade. He provided excellent advice to us and good pricing. His work was first rate and of excellent quality. He was always on time and the work done was within his quoted price. He also took away all the old decks and kept everything very tidy. He is hardworking, and a great guy to deal with. We will always contact Ryan for any other building work we need.
We have used Fine Edge Construction a number of times ,and have always been very impressed. We've used Ryan for things ranging from odd jobs around our section/house, to a massive deck renovation which involved ripping up and relining/replacing the deck around our pool. Ryan is a fantastic communicator who always shows up when he says he will, and does the job to a high standard. I've also recommended Ryan to a couple of friends who have also been thoroughly impressed.
We were selling our house and had a few maintenance issues to deal with. Ryan was really helpful and got the work done quickly. He was also able to provide some great advice.
Ryan undertook a wide range of building work (repairs to roof, removal of old kitchen and internal walls, arranged and oversaw trades (plumber, electrician, tiler, painter) in relation to services to new kitchen layout, built new floor in kitchen and adjoining dining room and installed cooker air extraction pipework through ceiling and roof). Meticulous, attention to detail, good communicator, well priced work, expenditure was close to estimate and excellent personal work ethic. Highest rating
I contacted 5 different businesses to ask for quotes. Ryan responded promptly. I arranged for 3 others to have a look at the job and give a quote. Out of those 1 came and never sent a quote thru (despite being reminded), 1 gave us a ridiculous quote and 1 didn't turn up at the time that they chose. Ryan turned up on time, confirmed the other quote was 3 times as much as reasonable and sent thru an affordable quote straight away. He did the job in the time he expected and there were no
Ryan came and renovated our rental property. He organised all the trades and kept us informed throughout the process.Ryan was very approachable and came up with some excellent design ideas. He kept within our budget and we found Ryan to be reliable and hard working. We can't recommend Ryan highly enough.
Ryan came and renovated our Villas 4th bedroom into a bathroom, starting with demolition, then onto realigning wall studs, nogs, moving doors and creating cavity sliders, then creating a new ceiling. He liaised with the plumbers and electricians then had the tilers come in. He then finished off detailing. Consent was given by Auck council...happy days, job completed very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Ryan and Fine Edge Construction.
Ryan has completed various building projects around our house from new decks and fences to bathroom, kitchen and wardrobe renovations. He is always friendly, polite, and very approachable. His work is of excellent quality and he completed everything in a timely manner. Throughout the various renovations he remained flexible.
