I needed to replace a 20-year-old toilet cistern. Warrick Nicholls was highly recommended by a neighbor. I found Warrick to be conscientious, prompt and easy to deal with, even phoning me when he was running 15 minutes late from his expected arrival time. An excellent job was done and communication skills were great and really appreciated. Thank you Warrick
Tim and Warrick came to fix a leaky cold water expansion valve and redirect it to a preexisting drainage, so that the water is away from my garden bed. They did a pretty good job, the cost was slightly higher than I expected, but that's because the cold water expansion valve needed to be completed replaced, and the cost of a brand new valve was basically that of the job itself. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone.
Prompt, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Not to mention, competitively priced. Thank you Warrick, you're a treasure.

Came out quickly, figured out the fault and fixed it in a flash. Very nice guy, will do all my plumbing going forwards. Highly recommended.
I needed some work done, warrick responded quickly and his service was really friendly especially as it was school holidays and my children were over his shoulder wanting to know exactly why he was doing step by step :) he had to go off and get some parts he returned promptly and the job was completed quickly after his return, he even took the time to tidy up his mess!! All in all a very pleasant encounter on a bit so pleasent job - I will definitely use Kauri again.
Fantastic! Finally a reliable expert plumber i can trust! Warrick came out, in the pouring rain and fixed an outdoor tap problem that no one else seemed to be able to fix. Done straight away, no fuss. Highly recommended.

Repaired valves on hot water cylinder
It is great to have a reliable plumber such as Warrick. We have a number of commercial and residential properties and have used Kauri Plumbing as required. Warrick has always been quick to respond, carry out the work and offer sound advice, all without breaking our budget. I am thankful for a tradesman such as Warrick because I know he will get the job done in a highly professional manner.
I had a new Toilet installed by Warrick. I Was very impressed as toilet was upstairs and Warrick took his shoes off each time. Was very respectful, no rubbish was left behind. Just my new Toilet. Highly Recommend. Thanks Warrick
We had a large water bill - thinking that we must have a leak under ground at our address in Henderson, we called Kauri Plumbing & mentioned what was going on. Warrick over the phone gave us a description of what may have been the issue and he advised us to turn off the water at the mains and arranged a suitable time to meet with us at the address. We have used Warrick multiple times for different types of work. Help with plumbing for new Kitchen and bathroom, replacement of hot water cylinder and most recently to put a stronger pressure valve on for our water pressure.
