We were very happy with Simon's service. He quoted promptly and gave us a very fair price. He communicated well and always did what he said he would do when he said he would. I would happily recommend him.
We called Iconic Plumbing becasue of a leak from under the house which we thought was from the shower. Simon came at the scheduled time and did his investigation to determine the source of leak. He found out that the leak is from the shower supply pipework. Due to the design and age of our shower, the entire shower was removed to fixed the leak. The replacement of the shower was done efficently. It was easy to communicate with him and he kept us informed. We will recommend him for
Simon installed our gas stove, serviced the gas fireplace, did a gas safety check and issued a Gas COC and Safety Certificate. Knowledgeable and friendly - a very pleasant engagement. Highly recommended!

Simon has addressed a couple of plumbing issues in our rental on two separate occasions. His first job was installing a new shower, followed by the installation of a new vanity. In both cases, he coordinated his schedule with the builder, including working on a Saturday. Simon has excellent communication and is conscientious and thorough in his work. We are very pleased with the results of his work and highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.
Simon installed a new gas water heater and a new cistern and toilet seat at my property on Rakino Island in the Hauraki Gulf. There are accessibility and co-ordination issues when working on the island, but Simon dealt with everything efficiently and his charges were reasonable. He is a clear communicator and has a friendly manner. I highly recommend Simon.

Had Simon from iconic plumbing come through to sort out an issue I had with my shower over bath. He went above and beyond and sorted the problem in a timely manner. Communication was great and advice was given every step of the way, and answered all questions I had, very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommended as your go to plumber and gas fitter!!
I needed a plumber on short notice to replace my gas stove top, and I’m so glad I found Simon. He was quick to respond, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, making sure the installation was done safely and efficiently. On top of that, he was just friendly and easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth, and I’m very happy with the job he did. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber!
