“I contacted Ross’s Plumbing for some work. They were very quick to respond and arrange a suitable time to come to my home. Their plumber 'Verindra' was at my home right on time. Verindra did an excellent job. He was very kind, polite, courteous and kept me informed of what he was doing. I also found him to be highly skilled. He was super-efficient and did not waste anytime whilst working as this would have added up to the total cost. I asked him a few questions and he very happily answered”

“Ross's Plumbing is my go-to and in this instance they referred their in-house contractor hydroblast Glen. Glen gave absolute honest, professional and friendly service. He did a very thorough job and got to the root of the blocked toilet drain plus unblocked the drain. He did his magic with the camera check. Glen cleared and cleaned the areas worked on and that's awesome. He suggested maintainance work and I will book him again through Ross's Plumbing. Don't hesitate and call Ross's”

Ross's Plumbing was wonderful from the first contact to the completion of the job. They contacted me the day after I requested a quote, arranged for a time and date that suited me and sent the invoice promptly after the job was completed. Received friendly & fantastic customer service from the start. Relevant questions asked about the issue I was having and make/type of appliance. First serviceman came but the supplier provided the wrong part so was not fixed -no charge. The problem was fixed not long after at a reasonable price. Will be using the company for any future plumbing repairs or other maintenance/renovation work. Have no hesitation in recommending Ross Plumbing.
From the phone call with a very nice and helpful lady to the plumber arriving in the time frame given. Virendra was very polite, informed me of what was wrong and what he had to do and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.

Fast response to my enquiry. Fitted me in the next day as I was on limited time. Plumber actually arrived ahead of schedule. Was very respectful removing shoes to walk through the house. Explained what needed to be done. Tidied up after finishing job. Would definitely recommend.
