I contacted James at Crystal Plumbing to ask if he could assist with doing some work at our home so we could comply with a council notice about a gully trap. He was able to do the work quickly, arrived when he said he would, charged a reasonable fee and was always courteous in his communication. I would recommend James to others and would ask him to help with other plumbing issues in the future.
