Very helpfull guys, nice to deal with, job completed quickly for a realistic price. They replaced a hot water cylinder in an older house that was not a straight forward job. They came and looked first, gave me good advice, then completed the job with no issues. Highly recomend them
Absolutely brilliant to deal with! Found hot water cylinder was leaking on Tuesday night. Chris from Rohland Plumbing came over on Wednesday morning, only 45 minutes after I called him. Next day was ANZAC Day, but he was there at 8am Friday morning to install brand new cylinder. Great advice that a stainless steel one with 10 year warranty was the best choice. Prompt, cheerful service. I would definitely use them again.
Great business to deal with. Had leaking hot water cylinder call them Monday had new one installed by Wednesday at less than they quoted! Can’t get better than that!

Our water cylinder developed a leak and upon contact, Chris Rohland arrived same day to assess the job and immediately outlined the options and investigated where to source a new cylinder for us. The quote covered full installation including electrical work. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up and provided a full report including photos for our insurance claim for the damage that occurred. I have to worlds worst Caroma cistern, the damn things constantly leaks all the time. Finally got sick of it. Looked on the Caroma website which said that Bunnings where the agent in Australia & New Zealand spent almost an hour at Bunnings, turns out that in NZ they only stock OEM or Aftermarket 'equivalents not the genuine Caroma replacement parts. Wasted $7.00 + time there to buy a fix-a-tap part that only made the leak worse as it didn't fit correctly. Got frustrated called Chris Rohland
This is the most professional, proficient and cost effective plumbing job I have ever had done. 7.30am, rang to ask for service ASAP having discovered water from our bathroom flowing into the hall and a bedroom. Said they would treat it with urgency and get to us as soon as a plumber became free. Said this would be before noon. Later received a call saying it would be 10.30 and plumber Bob arrived on the dot. Had to remove complete toilet, having found broken cistern bolt. Direct replacement

All 3 that came to take out leaking Hot Water Cylinder and replace with a new one, were very friendly, efficient, conscientious with closing exterior doors on a freezing, wet morning.
