“I have had need of Maxwell Plumbing's services twice in the last month. Today Jarod arrived promptly, identified the problem (thermostat needed replacing on my cylinder), had the part in his van and completed the work at top speed and efficiency. I am delighted we no longer have hot water shooting out over the roof. A few weeks ago I also had need of a plumber when a rodent got into the tank in the ceiling. Aaron from Maxwell Plumbing talked me through my options and the process for cleaning”
“I had leaking shower head and a leak under hand basin. Shower head was 30 years old so needed replacing. He was not expecting to replace it but replace it he did. the mixer didn't fit but of course steve had no problem making it fit. He arrived bang on time and was out of there an hour later. good job. shower is soooo much better than before!”

Had to have two visits, as the first made it worse! Was told nothing could be done with the shower water pressure issue we had, even though the shower was perfectly fine the week beforehand. Called out another plumber who found an insect lodged in the shower valve within a few minutes of arriving. Replaced that part and it was perfect again. Maxwell Plumbing charged us for the visit that didn't fix the issue, and haven't responded to what was written on the feedback form they sent. Very
Had flooding kitchen and dinning room due to leaking pipe . Promised to come and then did not . When I rang told be they had some plumbers away today and could not come - so why they did not ring me !
Not very happy. Dan was good to deal with but that's the only positive I have. $50 callout fee but I requested a plumber on Friday morning and didn't see anyone till Monday... callout Was just about to call another plumber when I had a call saying someone would be there in 20mins. My leaking toilet has resulted in me having a pipe hole through my wall which apparently I need to fix. Toilet works now but for $150 I'm disgusted that it's left me with more work to do. Would not use again.
