I used MoP for a bathroom renovation and right from the quote process the standard of their work was great. They provided lots of information, spent time finding solutions for tricky water pressure situations in an old building, used the knowledge of the team, communicated really well and provided support through their supplier for help accessing the fittings etc. The end result was fantastic. Recently had a kitchen reno (Wilson Kitchens) who brought in Ministry of Plumbing to do the plumbing. Keiren did the initial work arriving on time and communicating if there was a holdup. V. We had recently installed Solar and wanted to switch off the gas hot water to have electric hot water. We discussed the options with Anthony after an on-site visit. It was decided to install a hot water heat pump just outside the laundry, where it wouldn't be intrusive. We were happy with the quote and gave the go-ahead. Dan was friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had about the work he was doing and did an excellent job of servicing our Rinnai gas fire. We are very happy as it's working more efficiently now and this means savings on gas. Ministry of Plumbing was the most reasonably priced out of the quotes we received. These guys are fantastic, super reliable, considerate taking their boots off, offer practical solutions, good advice to make a decision, and good communication. Have used Ministry of Plumbing for 5 years and they have gone above and beyond a few times! I like that they dont do work / charge for things that dont need doing too (eg gutter clean out). Absolutely top class! Anthony was polite, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and he was right on the money from the start with a VERY complex issue. His guys were great as well. The work was high quality, and they were super tidy. On top of that, the price ended up being thousands of dollars less than a competitor who also quoted. Ministry of Plumbing installed a bidet toiler seat for us. Tom cane and did a recycling for us to see if the bidet could be installed. He was very positive about it, we accepted the quote and the bidet was duly installed. First rate service!

Ministry of Plumbing are excellent. Kieran replaced two fixed shower heads for me with Glide rainboost handshower heads with a flexible hose and the job was done very quickly and efficiently. Kieran is friendly and an excellent plumber. He also had some great ideas for a remodelling of my bathroom in the future.

I have worked with Ministry of Plumbing as our preferred plumber for the past 2+ years for rental properties I help manage on behalf of clients. Min of Plumbing are simply brilliant and so easy to deal with. No job is too big or small and they always respond promptly. Their communication is excellent - they follow up and explain what work has to be done, they give supporting photographs. They are very efficient and quite simply I will only work with them on all plumbing and gas issues.

Dan did a fantastic job. He explained to me what he was going to do and then did a thoroughly professional job. He did the job fairly quickly and I thought the cost was reasonable. I expected water to go everywhere, but it didn't. Dan had a hand towel ready to mop the small amount of water spilt.
