Gagan came on a Saturday to replace the pig tails on my bottled gas regulator. He identified another leak and fixed it no extra charge. Great service and I will be getting Plumb First services agaian.

We had a big leak underneath the kitchen, and I rang plumbers and Gagan said he can come on the day during the lunch time and fixed out problem. Very efficient, friendly and gave us the advice, for we have old pipes and had to ring plumbers often. He seems to work 24/7, so good to remember. I am happy that he came so quickly. Definitely would recommend.

We were suddenly without hot water and family arriving to stay Gagan was friendly and quick to respond. He gave great advice when looking at options and ordered a new cylinder which was promptly and professionally installed the next day ! i would highly recommend his friendly and meticulous service and will definitely use Rate Plumb First again.
