Very efficient, friendly and gave us the advice, for we have old pipes and had to ring plumbers often. He seems to work 24/7, so good to remember. I am happy that he came so quickly. Definitely would recommend.”

Gagan did an excellent job fixing my toilet. Right from the start quick response to my enquiry, communication throughout. Very thorough work and helpful straightforward explanation as to work undertaken. Definitely recommended
We were suddenly without hot water and family arriving to stay Gagan was friendly and quick to respond. He gave great advice when looking at options and ordered a new cylinder which was promptly and professionally installed the next day ! i would highly recommend his friendly and meticulous service and will definitely use Rate Plumb First again.
A really great job. Totally professional with 'before' and 'after' photos. I hadn't realised I have been missing out on a good shower for nearly 10 years.
Gagan and Jujhar did a great job replacing a valve and piping on one of our HWC's as well as installing a new kitchen mixer. A really nice (and competent) couple of guys. I would be very happy to have them back in my home and use their services again. I thought their hourly rate of $80+GST for Gagan (and $50 for apprentice Jujhar) was reasonable (for plumbers nowadays). I would have no hesitation recommending them if you are looking for plumbing services. Paul
Responsive and fast service. Gagan got on-site and fixed an issue with a broken tap and also helped to remove an old gas bayonet fitting that was in the way and no longer being used. Price was fair

I contacted Gagan mid afternoon on a Friday to inspect a faulty calafont in Panmure, Auckland. He could not have been more helpful or responsive, and by 5pm that day he had checked the operation and confirmed all ok. Great service and even better customer relationship and communication. I highly recommend Gagan.

The Plumb First Ltd provides the professional service to my properties more than 5 years. They are knowledgeable and you can trust them. The team fixed the leak pipes for my property last month, They arranged the leak detection company and refinished the drive-way concrete in 7 days, I received the leak allowance on time. Great job!

Plumb First replaced some pipes in my kitchen and moved a tap so my dishwasher could be installed. They were friendly, professional, and cleaned up! Highly recommend. I will call them again for future jobs.
