We had to do a building inspection as well as a meth screening in a short amount of time. Nick was very understanding about our situation. Also, the service he proved is A+. He gave us excellent and comprehensive feedback regarding property issues. Saved us time and money.
Great experience all round - Nick was great to deal with and came back to me very quickly and liaised directly with the estate agent to organise the inspection. I received a full and detailed report the same day the inspection was carried out and was made aware of a number of issues with the property, both big and small.
I hired Nick because of super good reviews, and I'm really happy with the job he did. He did a thorough job of checking every area I had concerns about. He patiently explained possible causes of this and that, and showed that I do not have ongoing leak issues. I feel educated as well as relieved. This was well worth doing.

We had the water leaking for more than 12 months, open up the jib board for months with a few builders looking at it and still cannot diagnosis where the leak comes from. Nick spent a good half and hour and found the problem for us. Without his incredible knowledge and experience, we might have spend more money and unnecessary work. Nick, thanks for the wonderful job.

absolutely delighted with the thermal imaging service.. our leak was inside a wall cavity in an old pipe we were unaware of. Nick was prompt, efficient, informative and knowledgeable. and the cost exactly as quoted. Nick quickly identified the location of the source which meant we were able to arrange a plumber same day with an exact description of the fault.
Nick was recommended to myself from Mark at Harbour Home Inspections and was just as good as I was told he would be. The IR report picked up many leak issues that could just not be seen by myself. I reckon the money spent on the report was the best money I have ever spent as otherwise I would had bought a leaky home.
Nick undertook water-leak detection at my place on 29 January 2016 afternoon. It took him less than half an hour to identify the source of the waterleak. Nick recently completed a weather tightness assessment on a potential property purchase for us. Nick's level of professionalism, responsiveness and communication was top shelf.
