I initially spoke to Sam over the phone, and he arrived a few days later to assess the job tasks I needed. I was impressed by his knowledge and understanding of my needs as a customer. I had Sam from First Point Electrical come to quote some electrical work for me. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and his quote was very reasonable. I have utilised the services of First Point Electrical on multiple ocassions and can highly recommend. They were on-time, professional and well priced and best of all, got the job done in a reasonable timeframe. Installed a security camera for us. Ran a new wire in garage to the outside of house. A tricky location with small roof cavity but managed to make it work.
First Point Electrical did everything they said they would and went the extra mile. It can be hard finding parking in an inner city office, but they showed up on time, installed my lighting, cleaned up after they left and were professional and polite. I'd highly recommend their team and services.
