Do not recommend this company at all. We had our nails replaced with screws in 2013. Our roof has leaked since and no real assistance at the time. Matt was very rude to deal with (not sure why I chose this firm in the first place). Just had a roofer up to look at another issue and discovered roof has been damaged by the process of removing nails and has now rusted in parts where paint was scraped off and roof dented - would have been nice to have a recommendation to treat those areas, costing
We used A1 a few years ago and were pleased with the service. After the June 2013 storm, I contacted them for a quote on repairs and other maintenance work. After receiving no response to my email, I phoned the company a couple of weeks ago, and was told someone would get out and do the quote. Today still no quote, so contacted the office and spoke to the very unhelpful office manager, who told me they were too busy to get to quoting. I had hoped to be a return customer, but I won't be using
Had guttering replaced in Apr 2010. The inital quote and installation was fine. Guttering is now buckling and coming apart as the product used is probably cheap and nasty stuff or maybe it wasn;t installed properly. Contacted their office several times over 6 months ago and still no one has come out to look at fixing the problems. Very poor service.
Although Matt was friendly and I believe a good job was done, I would not recommend this company. The office person I dealt with originally (May) was rude and unhelpful. There was no communication of timeframes or follow-up. I repeatedly had to contact them to ask what was happening. I accepted the quote in May and the job has just been completed (end August). Matt's response was that they had a large client who paid them lots of money and therefore got priority over all other jobs.
Extremely poor customer service. They do not get back to you most of the time when you leave a message. You have to keep ringing them. They do not turn up when supposed to, do not ring and let you know what is happening. Absolutely awful customer service...however when they do finally turn up and do the work - it is of good quality.
