Alan Taylor gave worse service than I thought possible. I had asked him to do a small amount of work to set up a Hair Salon. He said that he would complete DCC consents and didnt, which I then had to complete myself costing us a two month delay. On receiving consents he then repeatedly didnt show for scheduled work, always coming up with excuses and fobbing us off. But at no point did he say that he was too busy and I should possbly contact another Plumber. When after five further weeks
