"Do not use this company for residential wheelie bin services.<br />They are useless.<br />They will not remove the bin unless there are no cars in front of it on the kerb. We have placed numerous complaints and emails and photos about how the bin was accessible but their customer services team did not do anything about the problem. We left the bin in front of a fire hydrant and they still could not empty it.<br />The bin was not serviced at least once a month.<br />Their service is and customer service is one"

Ordered a bin online. Had a crew set up to fill it. It never showed up despite paying for it online. Promised delivery the following Friday - same thing happened. Eventually arrived on the Tuesday but could only half fill it as planned help wasn't available. Useless.
