“Walmsley Builders refloored a large section of the wharenui of our marae that was damaged. They did a professional job exactly what they had quoted for at a great price. Their subcontractors have also done work such as painting and that was done to a very high standard. I have personally known Henare and his family including his sons for 9 years and know them to be men of integrity. He does a job and does it well whatever that job may be. Whoever has them working for them is lucky to have”

“Walmsley Builders carried out an addition on our bach at Otaki Beach earlier this year. We found their service was excellent! great value for money and could not have been more helpful. They even cleaned up the site before they left. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best builders in the Wellington area.”

The job was quoted for 3 weeks and took 8 months, including 3 months where we were left with no kitchen, no living room, no bathroom and only one outside tap working, and we lived onsite. Communication and project management was very poor. We had to fight to get the job finished to spec and no more. The fact it was a renovation was blamed for everything. The finish was poor everywhere, including a non level floor, non-level sink (which we already had to fight to have recentred on the
