Thank you for a great job yesterday.
Sent a text to Wal on Saturday, he responded on Sunday, the problem was attended to and resolved on Monday, and the bill received and paid Wednesday - and I'm one of those people who actually do appraeciate bills/invoices being presented in a timely manner. Everything was quick, fast, and easy.
Highly recommended, I had just moved into a new house and had a filter installed, a valve on my hot water cylinder checked and a water flow problem. The service was efficient, friendly and thorough. Will certainly be using again.
There was no problem in making the booking for an oven installation that had to be at a precise time as two different tradesmen were involved. The pleasant and polite gas-fitter from Wal Gordon duly arrived right on time which was great. The job was completed in a professional manner, and our gas-fitter even went the extra mile to help us out in bringing the cooking area up to code, so the oven would be able to be used that day. We used these guys several times over the last 12 months. Work included supply and installation of a whole new bathroom, supply and installation of a water filtration system and a new 25,000 litre water tank and a new gas infinity hot water system. I have used Wal recently for two jobs - one major and one minor. I really like their guy's attitudes and availability. They always communicate and are really willing to help improve our plumbing service by offering to quote for other jobs and ideas you may have. I was recommended Wal Gordon by a neighbour and she had the same experiences with the tradies. All positive and great. They are really nice guys, who clean up after themselves and also have boys who are on work experience with them

Wal Gordon and his team have recently done a fairly big job for me and they’ve been a real pleasure to deal with. I had an emergency job that needed doing prior to settling on my house - if it wasn't done and done well I wouldn't get the money for the house. Called Wal Gordon and they sent someone round the next day, fixed it up and the price was just right. I got my money! There was also a problem with the alarm being on, but Hal was great in getting in touch with the real estate agent when he couldn't get hold of me, so he could finish the job. Many many thanks
I would and have been recomending this business to any one that needs a plumber mainly because after a lot of searching and not being able o get a plumber out to do small jobs, this is the only one that does quickly and efficiently and I will always use Mr Gordon in the future, any niggles I have about the service are minute, and I have not communicated them to the busiiness so possibly an after service call would be nice as I would then have mentioned them but would not make the initial call
