Rang a man answered told him that my toilet was backing up he told me they had all the equipment to fix drains .I said it was my toilet then he got well I felt quite rude and said it would be my drain pipe and it may need all sorts of work .I said can you send someone soon he said today I said go ahead.when the guy arrived Dan I think . I asked "you must be the plumber" he told me he was a gas plumber but new how to clean drains .at this point I was getting frustrated as I had asked
