Yes, I have had an experience with Luis, where he has shown himself to be somewhat 'challenged with the truth', is happy to bad mouth others in order to obtain a job. Is also unreliable when work arranged to be done - i.e. nothing done, as no-one turns up. Repeated phone calls to his wife who does not speak very good English, to try &amp; get him to actually commit to turning up. It took weeks of chasing to get anything done. Not shy on his charges either....In summary unreliable,
