Tim came to fix my broken rangehood tubing and replace a glass cooktop that had shattered. He was professional and respectful of my space while I was working from home at the time. After he was finished the job he gave me all the information I needed to know which was appreciated because my stovetop was previously installed incorrectly! Now I have peace of mind it's not a fire risk”

Dealing with Tim is fantastic. Both quotes and quality of workmanship is great. Quick responses, and appreciate his honesty with his recommendations about directions to go with installs, what is needed and what isn't etc. Have had him do a couple of jobs for us and has done a great job both times, already have another couple of things in mind that need doing so he will most definitely be the first call. In second week of January we were finalising work on a rental with the tenant moving in that week. We needed gas activated but the stove wasn’t compliant and the plumber disconnected it. On tuesday I called Tim based on recommendation from a friend. Despite still being on holiday he turned up within 30 mins and we discussed options and settled on a solution - install stove and range hood, incl running a new circuit to the switchboard, new bathroom extractor, and fit some new power points. When we were about to proceed Tim was great with coming out to confirm the work to be done and scheduling a time. He was really flexible with timing which was so handy for us. Tim was easy to get in contact with, a great communicator in advance of coming to carry out the work. When here, when issues arose, he was great at communicating these clearly and woth great solutions. Really respectful, organised and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend and use again.
