“Very fast response on a Saturday. Inspected roof and put some temporary sealant repairs in place. Advised that roof wasn't suitable for more substantive repair and didn't charge for call out. I felt that he provided good advice that I could trust as he wasn't trying to land a contract to replace the roof. Very happy with the service provided.”
